Trigger finger will generally respond to a conservative treatment approach with hand therapy and possibly a corticosteroid injection around the tendon sheath using image guidance. Dr Maguire performs these image guided procedures using ultrasound in the rooms. Alternatively patients may be referred to a radiology practice by their GP for the injection.
